NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION GEARING UP FOR A RETURN TO STRATEGIC THINKING IN 2010
The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, non profit volunteer organization that provides gratis mentoring & business advice to CEOs and presidents of local,private businesses, recently announced the appointment of four new board members.
(I-Newswire) January 26, 2010 - San Diego, CA – January 27, 2010 –The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, non profit volunteer organization that provides gratis mentoring and business advice to CEOs and presidents of local, private businesses, today announced the appointment of four new board members: Holly Green, Michael Kucha, William Lofft, and David Thompson. Jeff Campbell will remain on for a second term as the Board Chairman.

Holly G. Green will take on the role of CRT Chair, Marketing. She is the chief executive officer and managing director of The Human Factor, Inc., a full-service organizational and management consulting firm. Green has over 20 years of experience developing strategic plans and comprehensive business strategies for FORTUNE 100, entrepreneurial, and management consulting organizations
Michael J. Kucha has been appointed CRT Chief Financial Officer. He is the founder and managing director of Timeline Advisers, which advises privately held businesses and their owners facing a critical juncture. Kucha has over 30 years experience with public and private companies as a CEO, board member, corporate lawyer, venture capital investor, business owner and adviser.
William A. Lofft is now CRT Chair, Quality Assurance. He is the chief executive officer of ZuumCraft, Inc. which designs and manufactures personal electric vehicles to provide environmentally sensitive last mile transportation. Lofft has over 30 years of executive and financial management experience.
David M. Thompson was named Chair, Sponsor Development. He is a partner at Hutchinson & Bloodgood, LLP,a leading accounting and consulting firm. Thompson has worked as an accountant for over 30 years.

Carla Kuhns, CPA – El Centro Office, Carla Kuhns, a graduate of San Diego State University, joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in private industry for 20 years in accounting positions covering various industries and different countries.
Kuhns has developed an expertise in accounting, auditing, business consultation and taxation of small to medium sized businesses with an emphasis on construction and non-profit organizations. She also provides clients with QuickBooks accounting software consulting services and performs pension plan audits. Kuhns was instrumental in helping the firm create its California Enterprise Zone niche and specialty. She is an active member in the community and especially takes pride in her involvement with Soroptimist International. She speaks Danish, German, French and Greenlandic.
Donna Osborne, CPA – El Centro Office, Donna Osborne joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood, LLP in 1996. Osborne is involved with a diverse clientele including governmental units, agribusiness and retail entities as well as providing tax services. She also is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Osborne is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Board President of the El Centro Regional Medical Center’s Foundation.
Scott Suekawa, CPA - Glendale Office, Scott Suekawa joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP as part of the IT Consulting practice in March, 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Suekawa worked in public accounting as an auditor and obtained his CPA license. With over ten years experience as a systems consultant, Suekawa focuses on accounting/ERP software systems implementation and project management. He specializes in finance, security, warehouse management, distribution, manufacturing, EDI, business intelligence tools, databases and CRM.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a BS in Accounting, he also holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.
